This app is just very usefull. As indicated, it works offline, which means that you don t need an internet connection to get your current position

Very useful without data! Hook up with gps and its as good as google maps.

simply it does what it says, nearby function and link to wikiinfo is very functional and everything offline. moreover i noticed a problem with gps location and in less than 24 hour it was fixed with a new version. semplicemente fa quello che dice, la funzione nearby e i link alle notizie da wikipedia sono molto funzionali e perdipiu tutto offline. ho avuto un problema allinizio ma meno di 24 ore dopo che lho segnalato era stato risolto

Works offline, gives you the direction where you are going, help to find almost everything, gives the distance to reach the place you need.

The map is very detailed and searching for places is very easy. The public transport is well detailed, but there is not a separate transport map. Zooming is very fast and useful: at different zoom levels different things can be appreciated. For example, at medium zoom it is easy to spot monuments,while at high zoom levels it is easy to follow the shape of buildings for orientation. Tapping on spots on the map brings up a description, a lot of commercial activities are mapped. Highly useful app, much more suited for walking the city than Apple or Google mpas. The offline map works without WiFi or 3G. .

Some bad moments

More than anything else I was looking for a good map. Ive tryed few apps and they all have this very basic map: you can zoom it in only to a certain point, not all streets have names. It looks like a general problem for apps about Munich. It is nothing like the Maps app that go with your iPhone. All the info comes from Wikipedia. So no useful practical information there. Im not going to keep this app. It is boring and doent answer my needs.

All this 2go apps used to be great. I told many people to get them. But this change is so horrible. What happened all the sites to see info??? The old design was easy and had the info I most used. I dont want to do the other city updates after seeing the crap this one has become. This app has gone from a 5 to a 1 star.

I have used this app on several trips to Munich and found it very useful. The offline map is great, as are the offline descriptions. The latest update(s?) has really made it not-so-great. I can no longer find the descriptions, cant seem to find nearby sites, cant sort by dining, landmarks, etc, and the map centering seems arbitrary when I put it in compass-oriented mode. The offline map still works good. Please put it back to the way it was. Btw- my experience is with the iPhone app. Havent used the ipad version much, though at a glance it looks the same.
